Nurse Rhonda Owens, LPN is our main patient contact point and office operations manager. She has a great deal of pre-hospital emergency experience and a vast background in nursing in the Portageville, MO area. (She is a great point of contact for non-emergent eye appointment scheduling, as we cannot currently respond to after hours emergencies due to frequent travel to and out of the area for Dr. Melton).
